What is Microblading?

Microblading is a form of tattoo artistry where pigment is implanted under the skin with a manual handheld tool instead of a machine. You will have hair-like strokes done with a tool to mimic hair natural hair in your eye brows.

Why is Microblading semi-permanent?

The pigment is implanted just under the skin unlike regular tattooing which goes much deeper.

What do I need to do before Microblading?

Before your treatment you should not drink alcohol, take aspirin, or use retinal one week before treatment.

Does it HURT?

It is different for everyone. We do use a topical numbing cream to dull the discomfort. Aftercare is essential. You will have some redness, swelling, and they May be sore. For at less a week you will want to avoid sweating. It will be darker at first, but the color will fade 30 to 40 percent. Aftercare ointment is provided during your first appointment and need to be used serval times a day. You may have some itching and peeling that is normal make sure you apply the aftercare ointment. Just like any other tattoo you want to make sure that you use a SPF and avoid the use of exfoliating treatments and products in the are.

How long will it last?

After your first treatment you will need to come back four weeks after your microblading to do a touch up and make sure that the pigment does not need to be touched up. After that if they are taken care of they can last for a year and a half to two years.
